Main responsibilities will include welcoming guests, check in and check out (the collection of payments of any bills upon check in/check out) of incoming and outgoing clients, handling of phone lines, dealing with enquires in person, on the telephone or via email and assisting reservations team in the administration of reservations, cancellations, and no-shows.

The prospective candidate is expected to be proficient in MS Office, able to correspond in English, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational and multitasking abilities, and a friendly disposition. All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
