Hotel Front Office Manager

Topaz Hotel is a three star hotel in a touristic area offering excellent hospitality. Our commitment to guest satisfaction drives everything we do. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team and ensure a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.

The chosen candidate will oversee daily operations of the front desk, ensuring a high standard of guest service and satisfaction.

 

Qualifications

- Previous experience in hotel management, preferably in a front desk or guest services role.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development and guest relations.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  A Diploma in hospitality management will be an asset.
