Main responsibilities will include carrying out general building repairs and minor structural repairs, and maintaining the upkeep of public areas, ensuring they are in good repair. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing equipment breakdowns, and responding to guest requests for repairs in a timely manner to minimise disruption to hotel operations and guest services.

The prospective candidate should be proficient in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Proven experience in general maintenance or a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting will be considered an asset.
