CHEF DE PARTIE
Main responsibilties will include preparing, cooking, and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section, ensuring all dishes are prepared in a timely manner. Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes. Oversee and manage a specific section of the kitchen, such as preparing meat, sauces, fish and assisting with the management of health and safety.
The prospective candidate should be proficient in English, able to work independently with a high level of attention to detail, with an enthusiastic, positive, and approachable demeanor.
