ELECTRICIAN
Main responsibilities will include routinely inspecting electrical systems such as wiring, fixtures, and appliances. Identifying faults or hazards, conducting maintenance repairs on faulty fixtures, responding to fault requests, installing new electrical appliances in the building, and adhering to safety and performance standards.
The prospective candidate should be proficient in English. Preference will be given to candidates holding electrical licenses A&B, with familiarity with local electrical codes and regulations, and a strong focus on attention to detail.
